DESCRIPTION OF THE LOCATION OF THE FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH DEVELOMPENT
In
a small seaside village of 500 inhabitants on the island of Evia is located

of this village,is the seaside town of Halkida. Halkida is a town of 80.000
people and the
capital of the island of Evia, the second largest island in Greece. It is

the international
Airport of Athens and 80 km from the centre of the city of

mainland. There

building.We have already
finished the concrete framework and walls of the underground parking, of the
ground floor and we are
currently constucting the framework of its first floor. This building will
be finished in 17 months, i.e. by
May 2008. The above mentioned completion dates are guarantied in writing by

it should be added that, in each sale contract there is a provision for compensation
paid to any buyer for

AFTER SALES SERVICE
Τhe
proper structure of a sold property and the correct function of any of its
installations are guarantied
by the developer, for a period of 12 months after the sale. For the above
mentioned period the developer
is obliged to repair with his personnel and at his expense, any damage of
the sold property, that is due
to poor construction and/or to material failure.
